JALOPEÑO CHEESE CHIPS
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Line a baking pan with a silicone sheet or parchment.
Put 1 teaspoon of cheese on the pan, and pinch together.
Slice jalapeño into thin slices (or thicker if you like a nice kick).
Press one slice of pepper into each lump of cheese.
Bake at 375 until the edges of melted cheese begins to turn brown.
Pull from oven and cool. Pop chips onto a plate and serve.
The browner they are, the crispier they are!
