The Cause of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

In this state, androgen antigens are supposed to be converted to estrogen, but the enzymes necessary for this process is blocked. Hence, a buildup of androgens takes place. The enzymes responsible for the biosynthesis of estrogens are called the aromatized cytochrome p450. These also help detoxify toxic chemicals in the liver. However, the aromatized cytochrome p450 is blocked by a chemical called glyphosate.

Glyphosate is an herbicide and is mostly present in GMO foods. This is also present in plant-based and animal-based foods as well. Getting exposed to this chemical will block the enzymes, spiking up the antigens. Moreover, this chemical also acts like estrogen. As a result, acne breakouts occur, your hair recedes, and facial hair growth and goiter form. Tumors can also form due to the presence of glyphosate in the thyroid.

Cutting on sugar intake is also crucial. Too much sugar can spike your IGF or Fat Storing Hormone-like growth factors. While it’s needed to regulate sugars when you’re not eating, eating more than recommended drives the IGF to convert to androgen. Another root cause of PCOS is an overactive adrenal which produces more than enough androgens. This could be triggered by stress. The ovary also manufactures some for the body, so more androgens would only lead to PCOS.
