  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 4 leaves butterhead lettuce
  • 1 tomato sliced

Juicy beef patties are stacked with crisp bacon, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomato for a bold, bun-free twist on a classic favorite. These Keto BLT Burgers deliver big flavor and satisfying texture in every bite without the extra carbs.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
  • On baking pan, place two slices of bacon in L shape, and weave rest of bacon slices to form square. Create two squares per burger.
    1 pound bacon
  • Bake 1 pound bacon until crispy, 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Remove bacon from oven and lay on paper towel to blot grease.
  • Take 1 pound ground beef and shape into two patties.
  • Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to skillet. Season both sides of ground beef patties with ยฝ teaspoon sea salt and ยฝ teaspoon black pepper.ย Grill to your desired temperature.

  • Cut bacon into four squares to start assembling burger.
  • Place two bacon squares on plate or serving board. Top each with lettuce, burger patty, sliced tomato. Top burgers with other two bacon squares.
    4 leaves butterhead lettuce, 1 tomato
  • Serve and enjoy!

Bacon “Buns”

What’s not to LOVE! Burger, bacon, lettuce and slice of tomato! Yum! We used organic grass fed beef and center cut bacon. Paired with the Keto Mac n Cheese! They were a big hit and fun to make!
