Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
- On baking pan, place two slices of bacon in L shape, and weave rest of bacon slices to form square. Create two squares per burger.1 pound bacon
- Bake 1 pound bacon until crispy, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove bacon from oven and lay on paper towel to blot grease.
- Take 1 pound ground beef and shape into two patties.
- Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to skillet. - Cut bacon into four squares to start assembling burger.
