Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.1 cup almond flour, 2 teaspoons black chia seeds, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons water
- Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle a cutting board with a small amount of almond flour. On the board, press dough into a rough square and pat until the dough is ยผ inch thick. Cut into smaller squares and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until crackers are pale gray in color.
