Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
1 cup almond flour, 2 teaspoons black chia seeds, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons water
Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle a cutting board with a small amount of almond flour. On the board, press dough into a rough square and pat until the dough is ¼ inch thick. Cut into smaller squares and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until crackers are pale gray in color.
