Combine 1 cup almond flour,2 teaspoons black chia seeds, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons water in bowl. Mix until well combined.

Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle cutting board with small amount of almond flour. On board, press dough into rough square, pat until dough is ¼ inch thick and cut into smaller squares.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until crackers are pale gray in color.
