Ingredients

  • 2 slices keto bread
  • ounces cheddar cheese room temperature, slices or shredded
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
  • In large pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium-low heat.

  • Add 2 slices keto bread to pan. Cook on medium-low until one side is golden brown.

  • Assemble sandwich with 2½ ounces cheddar cheese, placing browned sides facing out.

  • Place sandwich open-faced on roasting rack. Bake for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Remove from oven. Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve and enjoy.
