- 2½ ounces cheddar cheese room temperature, slices or shredded

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
In large pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium-low heat.

Add 2 slices keto bread to pan. Cook on medium-low until one side is golden brown.

Assemble sandwich with 2½ ounces cheddar cheese, placing browned sides facing out.
