Keto Spicy Edamame Dip

- 4 large cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 cups / 473 mL edamame, cooked
- ½ tsp / 1 mL cayenne powder
- ¼ tsp / .75 mL ground cumin
- ¼ tsp / 1.5 mL salt
- ¼ tsp / 1.5 mL pepper
- 4 Tbsp / 56 mL olive oil
- ¼ cup / 60 mL lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup / 14 mL cilantro, finely chopped
Into a food processor put garlic, edamame beans, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, pepper, olive oil, lime juice and cilantro.
Pulse to combine and process until smooth.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
