Keto Spicy Edamame Dip

TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes
SERVES: 10

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 large cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 cups / 473 mL edamame, cooked
  • ½ tsp / 1 mL cayenne powder
  • ¼ tsp / .75 mL ground cumin 
  • ¼ tsp / 1.5 mL salt
  • ¼ tsp / 1.5 mL pepper
  • 4 Tbsp / 56 mL olive oil
  • ¼ cup / 60 mL lime juice, freshly squeezed 
  • ¼ cup / 14 mL cilantro, finely chopped

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Into a food processor put garlic, edamame beans, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, pepper, olive oil, lime juice and cilantro. 

  2. Pulse to combine and process until smooth.

  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
