Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 205 degrees C.
- In medium bowl combine 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 2 tablespoons ghee, 1 cup almond flour, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, and 1 cup mozzarella. - Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Using spoon, portion dough into three tablespoon amounts and drop one onto each corner and middle of baking sheet. Dough will be sticky.
- Bake 10 to 14 minutes until biscuits have risen and are pale orange color.
