Instructions
- Into bowl put 1 pound canned tuna, 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 2 tablespoons onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. - Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add 3 tablespoons olive oil.3 tablespoons olive oil
- Scoop about ⅓ of tuna mix into pan to make a patty.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4 to 5 minutes on a side. Set cooked patty aside on paper towel-lined plate. Repeat until mix is used up.
- To assemble, place tuna patty on one of 6 iceberg lettuce leaves, add one of 3 tomato slices and then 1 avocado slice. Top it all off with another leaf.6 iceberg lettuce leaves, 3 tomato, 1 avocado
- Serve and enjoy!

Since mayonnaise really is not healthy do you make your own mayonnaise? Do you have suggestions of what mayonnaise to get also want to know I’m assuming Alaskan tuna in water?
This is a fantastic recipe! Very Tasty. I ended up making it into a burger salad and added some chopped pickles too. 10/10.
