Instructions
- Into bowl put 1 pound canned tuna, 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 2 tablespoons onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. - Scoop about ⅓ of tuna mix into pan to make patty.
- Cook until golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Set cooked patties aside on paper towel-lined plate.
