Into bowl put 1 pound canned tuna, 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 2 tablespoons onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.

Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add 3 tablespoons olive oil.

Scoop about ⅓ of tuna mix into pan to make a patty.
Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4 to 5 minutes on a side. Set cooked patty aside on paper towel-lined plate. Repeat until mix is used up.
To assemble, place tuna patty on one of 6 iceberg lettuce leaves, add one of 3 tomato slices and then 1 avocado slice. Top it all off with another leaf.
