- Pour 1 cup pine nuts into a bowl.1 cup pine nuts
- Portion dough into 9 equal balls, about 2 Tbsp each, and drop into the bowl with the nuts.
- Roll balls around in the nuts until each one is covered with pine nuts.
- Use remaining nuts as a garnish if desired.
