Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • cup monk fruit sweetener powdered
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pine nuts

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ½ cup almond butter, 6 ounces cream cheese, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, ⅛ cup monk fruit sweetener and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix to make dough.
