Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil liquid
  • cup monk fruit sweetener powdered
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pine nuts raw

Instructions

  • Combine ½ cup almond butter, 6 ounces cream cheese, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, ⅛ cup monk fruit sweetener and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, mixing to make a dough.

  • Pour 1 cup pine nuts into a bowl.

  • Use remaining nuts as a garnish if desired.
