Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
- Generously spray an 8×8″ glass baking dish with oil. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together thoroughly.1 cup dark chocolate chips, 1 cup coconut, 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener, 2 tablespoons ghee, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 4 tablespoons butter, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/3 cup almonds
- Pour mixture into 8×8 inch lined pan. Press mixture into all four corners evenly.
- Bake for 10 to 14 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cool for at least 30 minutes. Slice into 8 portions.
