  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup coconut shredded
  • 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener powdered
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter softened
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup almonds slivered

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • Generously spray an 8×8 glass baking dish with oil. Set aside.
  • In large bowl, mix 1 cup dark chocolate chips, 1 cup coconut, 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener, 2 tablespoons ghee, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 4 tablespoons butter, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and cup almonds together thoroughly.
