These chicken burgers are super versatile. You can use this keto recipe to make sliders or even meatballs. 1 head iceberg lettuce
1½ lbs organic ground chicken
2 large eggs
⅓ cup almond flour
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp chopped chives
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
Combine all ingredients except for the olive oil in a bowl and mix well.
Form into patties and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a pan on medium-high and add your patties to the pan.
Fry until golden brown on both sides, for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Remove from the pan and enjoy them as is, or with a lettuce wrap or keto bread!
