Keto Creamy Green Beans and Bacon

- 8 strips bacon, cooked
- 1½ cup / 225 g green beans
- 1 oz / 28 g pork rinds
- 1 cup / 118 mL heavy cream
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
Chop cooked bacon into large pieces and set aside.
Fill a small pot with water and boil over medium heat. Add green beans and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from water and set aside.
Place pork rinds into a plastic bag and tap with a mallet to grind into a fine powder. Set aside.
In a small pot, heat heavy cream over medium heat. Add sea salt and pepper. Heat cream, stirring frequently, until cream has reduced by half.
In a large saute pan, add chopped bacon and heat over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add green beans and saute 2 to 3 minutes.
Add cream mixture and cook, stirring until green beans and bacon are coated in cream.
Place green beans on a plate, top with pork rinds and serve.
