Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

- Coat the 4 center cut pork chops generously with spice mixture and set aside.4 center cut pork chops
- Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to large sauté pan. Heat over medium 3 minutes. Sear pork chops 4 minutes per side until crust forms.4 center cut pork chops
- Place pork chops in 8×8-inch glass baking dish. Top with 4 ounces brie cheese.4 ounces brie cheese, 4 center cut pork chops
- Bake 15 minutes, until brie is soft and melted.
- Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
