Ingredients

  • ¼ cup herbs de Provence
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 4 center cut pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 ounces brie cheese sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • Combine ¼ cup herbs de Provence and 1 tablespoon sea salt in small bowl. Stir to mix.

  • Coat the 4 center cut pork chops generously with spice mixture and set aside.

  • Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to large sauté pan. Heat over medium 3 minutes. Sear pork chops 4 minutes per side until crust forms.

  • Place pork chops in 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Top with 4 ounces brie cheese.

  • Bake 15 minutes, until brie is soft and melted.
