Read more for ingredients and directions below!

Ingredients:
*1/2 cup of oats
*1 cup of almond flour
*1 heaping tablespoons of Instant Kale Shake (Chocolate)
*2 pinches of sea salt
*1 tsp. of vanilla
*2 tbs. of Yacon Syrup (This has a glycemic index of 1, which will not affect your blood sugars. If you can't find it online or at the health food store, add an additional coconut oil. (2 heaping tbs.)
*4 heaping tbs. of coconut oil
*1/2 cup crushed walnuts
Directions:
Step 1: Add ingredients to a large bowl.

Step 2: Mix ingredients thoroughly until it looks pasty. Most of the time, I use my own hands to work on the mixture.

Step 3: Either form cookies on a cookie sheet (into thin cookies) OR in a mini cupcake tray. I like to sprinkle additional almond flour on top.

Step 4: Put in the freezer for 10 minutes. These are raw cookies and are not meant to be baked. Leaving them out of the refrigerator for more than 20 minutes can cause them to become too soft, so it is recommended that you store them in your refrigerator in between eating.
Enjoy!
