Keto French Onion Chicken Casserole Recipe

- 5 cups onion
- 3 chicken breasts (6 oz each)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 Tbsp ghee, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- Caramelize onions over low heat for 15 min until they become caramel in color. Set aside and cool.
- Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish side by side.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Top chicken with the mixture and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until topping becomes golden brown.
