"I am so excited I am finally starting to see my results like so many others in this group. A face-to-face comparison: August 2019 - in the 230lbs range (eating whatever) vs. June 2020 - 210lbs currently **started Keto in February 2020** (eating low carb in the sense that I don't eat much if any, flour-based foods/crackers, breads, buns, etc... or sugary treats like cookies, donuts, bakery items, etc... / or potatoes, corn, ice cream, or anything else really high in sugar or starches.) Confession: I have eaten some of those items throughout the last 5 months, but it has been sparingly - the way it should be. It also makes my weight-loss stall out for a few days... so I don’t do it a lot. The low-carb lifestyle has worked for me... I have never known if I have been in actual ketosis, but the weight loss has been steady since I started in February.... and I am so thankful I found something that my body responds to. I finally feel liberated from the bondage that food and sugar had ahold of my mind. I am excited about my future progress and I am just getting started! Keto On Guys!!

"Peeps!!! 197-140. 18’s to 10’s. XL-Mediums. This has been a 3 plus year journey. Plexus helped me start my journey by taking care of my gut, inflammation throughout my bod and most importantly controlling my blood sugars. Plexus products got me off the couch, moving and eating better. When my mom passed away in January I kicked it up a notch 181-140. Keto and IF. I’m still a work in progress. I’m proud of where I’m at for now but I still have more to go. I never miss a day of my Plexus products and never will. Plexus started me on my health and happiness journey. Dr. Berg, Thomas DeLauer have supported and continue to teach me on my Keto and IF journey. My goal is to reverse all my poor genetics. Cheers to you all. Anyone want to join me? I’m willing to share, support, be a positive influence or whatever. Let me know. I’m working on me. My 50’s are going to rock!!! #health #happiness #plexusrocks #motivation #lifestylechange #forever #rockstar #hardwork #determination #nostoppingme #joinme #love #support"

May 2020 to end June 2020..following keto fairly strictly (can't give up my French vanilla creamer in the ONE cup of coffee a day that I drink). I'm down 13 lbs in 6 weeks. Fat bombs are a godsend to get me through a hunger pang but usually not really hungry and haven't had any cravings. I find I'm sensitive to carbs..tried to do keto "fathead dough" which is yummy but sends me out of ketosis and my weight goes up slightly. I've been able to sustain and am feeling better and not bloated.

Ran across some old pictures. Can tell a difference in my face! Even from 2013 when I was 5 lbs under what I am now! Was not doing Keto then, just counting calories! The 2012 photo is why I lost weight in 2013! Did that in 6 months, Keto is taking longer but I feel I am healthier this time! 2012, 2013 after losing weight, about at the weight I am now (6 lbs from my goal today), then 2017 and most recent was Christmas 2019.

Quite Happy with the results thus far....

Hey Hey ya´ll; I been following Dr. Berg and doing Keto for the last 18 months now and would like to share my story. I TRY to do a 24-48hrs fast over the weekend (Not always successful). Sometimes I just manage to do an 24hrs fast. During the week, I do 2-3 Carnivore Diet days (Red/Fatty Meats only), the other 3 days mostly green veggies like spinach and broccoli. As a treat, I do go for protein shakes (Cookies&Cream/ Peanut Butter Chocolate). I workout about 3-5 times a week, mostly HIIT training/Heavy Lifting. I do fast paced runs (< 2miles) in the early mornings with my dog. I drink a lot of green tea, apple cider vinegar shots, coffee to curb my appetite. I also try to do One Meal a day. Sometimes I eat twice but still within a 6hour Window. And I have to admit, sometimes (once a month) I do eat plain brown rice and plain oats. I know it’s not part of the diet/lifestyle. Whenever its Guys Night out, I do drink (straight shots only; Hennessey, Crown Royal, etc.) But whenever I do it, I enjoy it and then the next day I just go back to my Keto Lifestyle. Quite Happy with the results thus far....
