I am a 47 years old Female. I’ve struggled with obesity all of my life. I’ve tried everything to lose weight, including gastric bypass surgery in which I was over 460 pounds at that time. Less than a year ago, after doing the Atkins Diet for a few years, I had decided to try the Keto diet. However, I had stopped losing weight on the keto diet. I then began to watch your videos on intermittent fasting, insulin resistance, the keto diet. I am 25 years old and have been suffering from asthma for more than ten years and I also suffered from excess weight. My weight was 90 kilos because of the asthma medicines that I used, especially cortisone, and my weight was 90 kilos. I lost a college year because of asthma because it came to me before the exams and I spent two weeks in the hospital living on artificial respiration. I followed several diets to no avail. I became very depressed last year, and I was hitting my face and hitting my back against the wall because of the intensity of anger. "I saw couple OMAD posts in here and the first thing I noticed was how small portions peeps were eating.
