S. Snitzer has been athletic since the age of five. A former military man and police officer of 13 years, he once took pride in his physical condition. But after leaving the military and graduating from the police academy, life got in the way — and his body began to change.

“I was unhappy with how I looked,” said Snitzer.
“My weight was taking a toll on my knees and back. I knew I had to do something, but I didn’t know how I wanted to attack this situation. Needless to say, it was time to change.”

Turning Point

Snitzer began researching solutions on YouTube and came across keto success stories — many of which credited Dr. Berg as their guide. One video turned into another, and soon he felt aligned with Dr. Berg’s philosophy.

“Dr. Berg and I just agreed from the start,” he said.
“He taught me that with hard work, the right nutrition, supplements, minerals, and real healthy eating, the human body can be transformed into what it should be.”

On May 1, 2019, Snitzer committed to the Healthy Keto™ lifestyle.

At the time, he weighed 235 pounds and felt drained, exhausted, and unable to play with his children.

“All I wanted to do was sleep. My body felt horrible,” he recalled.

The Struggles — and the Wins

Like many others, Snitzer experienced the dreaded keto flu when his body transitioned into fat-burning mode. Looking back, he wishes he had started using Dr. Berg’s supplements sooner. Sticking to keto was also a challenge because his sons still ate carbs and sugar, meaning meals had to be prepared differently. But going back to the Standard American Diet?

“Not an option,” he said.

A Strong Support System

Snitzer credits much of his success to the unwavering support of his wife and children.

“My family has been amazing. Without them, it would have been much harder.
My kids are happy because Dad doesn’t look like Santa anymore — and I’m happy, too.”

He also leaned on his military background to stay focused and disciplined.

“Being a military man, setting and achieving goals is what I do,” he said.
“I’m used to not always having what I want, so saying no to certain foods wasn’t a big challenge.”

Incredible Results

In just six months, Snitzer dropped 64 pounds and over 11 inches from his waist. He has regained the ability to do things he thought were in the past.

“I can run again, lift weights, and ride my bike without pain,” he said.
“I play outside with my kids and feel like I’m 20 again — and I’m 43!”

His joint pain disappeared, and he now has tons of energy and a completely renewed mindset.

Snitzer’s Advice for You:

“Set small goals and achieve them. It’s not going to be easy, but it’s worth it!
You’ll realize we shouldn’t live to eat, but eat to live.
The body is incredibly capable of transforming itself — if we give it the chance.
You may slip up, but don’t give up. Start again.
Only YOU have the power to change. That’s what I had to remind myself.
You can do anything you set your mind to. God bless.”

Snitzer’s At-Home Workout Routine:

“My favorite way to exercise doesn’t require a gym. I do full-body workouts, not isolated muscle groups — and I burn fat much more efficiently that way.”

  • Push-ups

  • Sit-ups

  • Leg lifts

  • Squats

  • Kettlebell workouts for arms and triceps

  • Ride my stationary bike three times a week

Snitzer proves that even after years of physical decline, transformation is absolutely possible with the right mindset, support, and strategy. He’s not just a healthier man — he’s a better father, husband, and role model.
