Keto Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad with Bacon

- 1 egg
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 medium bunch broccoli, cut into florets and steamed
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets and steamed
- ½ red onion, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
In a large container blend dressing ingredients very well and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, and crumbled bacon. Toss with dressing and enjoy!
