Keto Creamy Avocado Dip

TOTAL TIME: 10 to 15 minutes
SERVES: 8

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 large avocados 
  • ¼ cup / 4 g fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • 2 tsp sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Carefully cut avocados in half and remove the seeds. Using a spoon, scoop out the avocado, removing any brown parts.

  2. Add cilantro, oregano, lime juice, garlic, avocado oil and salt. 

  3. Mash the avocados and incorporate all ingredients.
