What is keto cloud bread?

Keto cloud bread, or oopsie bread, is one of the most popular keto bread recipes and an excellent replacement for carb-heavy wheat bread. Its name reflects its fluffy texture and cloud-like appearance.
Cloud bread is made primarily with eggs, which have endless health benefits, including being a great source of protein, essential vitamins, and minerals.
There remains a common misconception that eggs raise cholesterol. However, egg consumption doesn’t significantly affect blood cholesterol levels.
Research published in Nutrients confirms that “Hen’s eggs provide choline, folate, vitamin D, iodine, B vitamins, and high-quality protein and are no longer viewed by national bodies as a risk factor for hypercholesterolemia and cardiovascular disease (CVD). “
The addition of cream cheese and baking powder helps achieve a light and airy bread that’s perfect for those following a low-carb diet.

Storage tips

To ensure the freshness and texture of your leftover cloud bread, store it in an airtight container or zip-lock bag in the fridge for up to three days or place it in the freezer for up to three months for longer storage.
Avoid using a microwave to reheat as it can make the bread rubbery. Instead, place cloud bread in the toaster or oven at 300°F (150°C) for about three to five minutes to gently reheat and restore its fluffiness.
