Sugar-free Raspberry Jam



1 cup frozen organic raspberries, thawed

½ cup water

2 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp stevia extract

3 tbsp psyllium husk

¼ tsp vanilla extract

Cup of frozen organic raspberries

3 tablespoons of psyllium husk

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Mix ingredients


Mix all ingredients together briskly to ensure the psyllium does not clump.

Pour into jam jar and refrigerate for 12 hours.
