1 lb grass-fed beef, 20% fat
¼ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp paprika (for a spicy flavor)
10 oz sliced white mushrooms
1 medium-sized yellow onion, chopped
3 large garlic cloves, chopped
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup spinach
salt and pepper to taste
Cook ground beef over medium heat in a frying pan for 10 minutes or until browned, breaking it up to cook evenly.
Add cumin, oregano and paprika (for spice) as ground beef is cooking.
When beef is broken up and browned, add mushrooms, onion, garlic and heavy whipping cream.
This dish will cook up fast so save the spinach for last, with salt and pepper to taste.
