Keto Cheese Asparagus Casserole

TOTAL TIME: 20 minutes
SERVES: 8

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 bunch of asparagus, fibrous stalk removed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ tsp chili flake
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.

  2. Make sure to cut off stalk ends of the asparagus the are tough.

  3. Place asparagus in large bowl toss with olive oil, garlic, chili flake, salt and pepper.  

  4. In a casserole dish layer the asparagus with cheese and bake for 12-18 minutes until golden brown.
