Slice 4 ounces tofu (about one brick)

Add 2 tablespoons avocado oil to a pan and heat over medium heat.

Add tofu to the heated pan.

Cook each side of the tofu for four to five minutes.

Coat one side of each piece of tofu in peanut butter.

Top with sunflower seeds.
