Instructions
- Slice 4 ounces tofu (about one brick)4 ounces tofu, 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- Add 2 tablespoons avocado oil to a pan and heat over medium heat.
- Add tofu to the heated pan.
- Cook each side of the tofu for four to five minutes.
- Coat one side of each piece of tofu in peanut butter.3 tablespoons peanut butter
- Top with sunflower seeds.2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
Pan-fried tofu topped with peanut butter and sunflower seeds is SO delicious. The tofu actually resembles a bread substitute. Saute some asparagus and mushrooms to get your healthy serving of veggies!
