  • 4 ounces tofu about 1 brick
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Slice 4 ounces tofu (about one brick)
  • Add 2 tablespoons avocado oil to a pan and heat over medium heat.
  • Add tofu to the heated pan.
  • Cook each side of the tofu for four to five minutes.
  • Coat one side of each piece of tofu in peanut butter.
  • Top with sunflower seeds.
