Keto Peanut Butter Fat Bombs
Per serving: Calories 247, Protein 4 g, Carbohydrates 4 g, Fat 24 g
TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes preparation time, 1 hour 20 minutes chilling time
Peanut butter cups:
- ¾ cup sugar-free peanut butter
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 11/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 to 10 drops stevia
- 6 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
Line 6 muffin papers or tins.
In a medium mixing bowl add peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract and sea salt. Mix together well.
Pour mixture into the bottom of the muffin papers and refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
In a separate bowl start the chocolate topping. Add cocoa powder, stevia and melted coconut oil. Mix well until incorporated. Pour over the chilled peanut butter cup and chill for an additional 30 to 40 minutes. Enjoy!
