Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut butter Manna brand, room temperature
  • ½ cup coconut oil room temperature
  • 6 tablespoons macadamia nuts chopped or pulsed in a food processor
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol powdered
  • 3-5 drops Stevia to taste

Instructions

  • Add ½ cup coconut butter
    ½ cup coconut butter
  • Add ½ cup coconut oil
    ½ cup coconut oil
  • Add chopped 4 tablespoons of macadamia nuts
    6 tablespoons macadamia nuts
  • Add ¼ cup hemp seeds
    ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • Add unsweetened ¼ cup cocoa powder
    ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • Add 1 tablespoon erythritol

  • Add 3-5 drops Stevia.

  • Mix well.
  • Put mixture into a spouted contained to make it easier to pour it into your molds.
  • After mixture has been poured into molds, freeze for at least 20 minutes and then top with 2 remaining tablespoons of the macademia nuts.

  • Store in refrigerator.
