Instructions
- In skillet over medium heat, cook ½ cup ground beef with 2 tablespoons onions.½ cup ground beef, 2 tablespoons onions
- Cook until beef is browned and onions become translucent. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Blend 4 ounces cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, and ¼ cheese in large bowl.4 ounces cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, ¼ cheese
- Combine cooked ground beef with cream cheese mixture, stirring until fully blended.
- Form mixture into 10 small balls, then roll in 4 bacon slices and remaining ¼ cheese .4 bacon slices, ¼ cheese
- Chill in freezer or refrigerator until firm.
