Chocolate Keto Fat Bombs
¾ cup coconut oil
9.5 Tbl peanut butter (or almond butter)
2-3 tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3 Tbl powdered sweetener like xylitol (fine powder. If granules are too big, use grinder to make into powder)
9 Tbl melted butter (grass-fed)
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into molds. Freeze!
Store in container in fridge. If your bombs get too soft in the fridge, store in the freezer.
