For the first time iny life my weight problem is explained AND makes sense!! Even my son has lost a lot of weight. Thank you Dr Berg.

I follow Dr Berg’s keto diet with intermittent fasting. I have lost 19 pounds in 2 months. But better than that, I feel amazing!! He has helped me care about my health, and that has become my new motivation. I eat one meal a day usually, but every once in a while I do two. One meal a day really fits me well. I have been losing inches, but I did not measure myself at the beginning, so I can only go by what my eyes notice, and how my clothes fit. I love this new way of life so much. I lost all my carb cravings, and I am usually very addicted to sweets. I love drinking kale shakes (I add a little bit of small carrots and cherry tomatoes for flavor). I love being able to eat bacon and omlets. I love juicy burgers with blue cheese crumbles melted on top. I love not feeling obsessed about food anymore. I don’t buy a lot of his products, but I do swear by his electrolyte powder. It has the most potassium you can get in a product, and having that extra potassium really helps my muscles. I have watched about 75 of his YouTube videos, but I have a way to go, so much to learn. I am very grateful a friend told me about Dr Berg.
