I was really excited to try this so I placed an order for the “Liver Body Type Package” and as soon as the order was placed, I got an email indicating that the item was on backorder. If I knew from the beginning that the item was “backordered” I would’ve never had ordered the item. I ended up waiting a week, but no updated status. I decided to call customer service and they indicated that the item was now “In Stock”, however they couldn’t give me a tracking number. Long story short, the item somehow got stuck in the warehouse and it never got processed. So I can’t say I had a good experience with this company. However, I have to say that the Customer Service rep “Denise” was very nice and issued a full refund and apologized for the inconvenience.
