I have followed Dr. Berg for several years via youtube. His videos are exceptionally well-presented, thorough, and based on repeatable science – I always check the scientific literature, which admittedly has its own fraud and corruption issues, esp, if addressing pharmaceuticals. As an aside, his personal physical appearance has changed dramatically – more youthful, reduced weight – as he has adopted many of the dietary and exercise practices he teaches. He is also willing to alter his recommendations/opinions based on new scientific discoveries. Quite frankly, he makes my “conventional western doctors” (of which I have far too many) look like ignorant, apathetic, drug puppets – which they are. I am very grateful for what I have learned from Dr. Berg and applied to my own health challenges.

This diet as well as Dr. Berg have been a break thru for me and have begun to change my life. I love the simple way he explains things. He has truly impacted my life. 😊

Dr. Berg shares his passion for health and nutrition with gentleness. I learned so much over the last year listening to his videos. I use many of his supplements. However, I never, ever, feel pushed that I MUST HAVE his supplements. I learn the education behind those valuable missing nutrients from Dr. Berg. He explains things to improve our health so well, I am then able to teach it to my kids as well.
