Delightful Cookie

I made these quickly after work to serve after supper. They were light but bright and delicious. Our new favourite cookie recipe. The coconut flour makes a lovely addition. I almost burnt them and they are still delicious. Highly recommend!

Amazing

This was easy to make and very delicious.

Great Substitute

My husband went Keto and is keeping his carbs low. I love macaroni and cheese but hate the insulin spikes. I decided to try the recipe. It was great! My Sons gave it rave reviews. One said If I told him it was mac and cheese he would have been mad, but knowing it was cauliflower it was really good. It was a hit. Needless to say my husband was thrilled.

Bacon “Buns”

What’s not to LOVE! Burger, bacon, lettuce and slice of tomato! Yum! We used organic grass fed beef and center cut bacon. Paired with the Keto Mac n Cheese! They were a big hit and fun to make!

Higher than 5 stars

Absolutely delicious! Curbs the craving for chocolate or a sugary dessert!

Hack and Lotsa Cheese! 😉

We all really enjoyed this dish, and we made it to go along with the BLT Burger. for the chedder, We used 1 c of white extra sharp and 1 c of yellow mild. There was a lot of sauce so I will probably make 2 heads of cauliflower next time we make this, OR maybe we’ll just slop some on that burger, oh my! 🙂

It was very good!

There are 3 of us in the house doing Keto right now. We all agreed we will be making this again. Will probably make the pieces smaller into thin circles/steaks instead, just a personal preference. The seasoning was very good. (used our homemade keto mayo in the seasoning)

Family Fave!

This one was a huge hit! None of us care for artichokes, however we do like spinach artichoke dip, so figured this might be ok, as long as the chokes were chopped up into pretty small pieces. We paired it with the Roasted Cabbage Wedges, and everyone cleaned their plates. Great meal. Thanks Dr. Berg!

Nice and light, but sturdy

These are pretty easy to make! The recipe made more than I thought it would….I was expecting 3 buns…but it made more like 7 or even 8 (4 inch diameter). Make sure you have a big enough baking sheet ready before you start pouring the batter, because the batter doesn’t keep for a second batch. It starts breaking down pretty quickly.

I made a keto friendly Eggs Benedict with them! No one missed the english muffins at all!

Almost Like Real Bread

I just made this bread and I was pleasantly surprised. It is soft, not crumbly and it doesn’t tastes like almonds. I bushed the top with olive oil instead of the egg and it turned out perfect. Almost like real bread!
