Dr. Berg explains everything so anyone can understand the Keto and IF process. I have not found anything I can disagree with yet! Thank you for helping people without having to buy into a ‘diet’ plan that eventually won’t work.

Dr. Berg has given our family hope. My husband and I were experiencing drastic drops in our blood sugar levels. We went on KETO over 100 days ago and it is such a relief not to have to worry about our blood sugars dropping. We are now only eating two meals a day, and we fast for 24 hours once a week.

Our moods are stable and we both feel happy all of the time.

We feel like Dr. Berg and his wife Karen are part of our family. We are so thankful for what they are doing.
