Dr Berg is a very genuine and honest medical professional. He gives very good information in a common sense way about how the human body works and how to care for it. All of Dr Bergs information is first class and I would highly recommend it to any one who needs health advice delivered in a straight forward easy to understand way.

My name is David Remache and started this intermittent and kito eating on 1/1/2018 today is 2/10 /18 I weight 180 lbs, and have lost 40 lbs I weigh 220 lbs on the 1st of January I was size 40 pants and I had to suck in my stomach to button it today I went to buy size 34 pants and they fit loose. My shirts were size xxL today I’m wearing size medium. I jumped head first into this program I’m 52 years old will be on the 23 rd of this month 53 year old. Never thought I can ever fit on a size 34 ever again my goal weight is 170 I’m 5’ 6” I will never ever be able to thank Dr Berg and his beautiful wife. For giving me my life again feel better today than when I was 30. My body has been running on sugar all my life thanks a million times again

This man and his knowledge could make North America the greatest place in the world. And it’s all just common sense. The last 70 years of nutritional disinformation is a travesty.
