I’ve lost 45 pounds so far in 4 months just from following Dr Berg’s videos on YouTube and have a ways to go, but I have no doubt of what the end result will be. I have not purchased ANYTHING from him. He has saved my life and the quality of it. The ketogenic/IF diet SOLVES a multitude of weight and health problems in one fell swoop. 4 eggs for breakfast everyday and 6 ounces chicken, beef roast or fish with greens, cauliflower or sauerkraut for my other meals. You don’t have use willpower. You have to see the common sense and science behind it for yourself without pressure and adapt to it as much as possible while tailoring it to yourself. There are NO essential carbohydrates or sugars. There are only essential amino acids/proteins and fatty acids/fat. Karen Carpenter died from anorexia because she depleted her body’s sugar and fat stores and it finally ate the muscle of her heart. Starving people lose weight because they eat no carbs/starches/sugar. Their bodies still eat the sugar, fat and protein stores in that order 24 hours a day. Carbo-HYDRATES hold water. Weight loss is dramatic to begin with because the water they hold leave and your body’s sugar reserves are the first to go. Then you start burning fat, your own if don’t overeat, for energy.It is hard to over eat on a ketogenic diet. The biggest problem is getting used to eating so much fat. When you eat more than 30-40 grams of protein at one sitting your body with convert it to sugar.

For the LoVe of GOD! This is a genuinely caring Doctor Who not only cares about his listeners (f**×*n9 Freebies, I’m 1. 2) but delivers truly helpful information. He has credibility, sophistication and expertise. My review may seem exaggerated. But I rarely am impressed b’cuz I don’t have much faith in the majority of humans. But I judged this expert In fat loss, Dr. Berg, with pure objectivity. He doesn’t know me. This review is not fake or spam but if u believe it is… I can’t do $hIT about it. I rarely write reviews (never…) BUT WHEN DR. BERG ASKED WITH HUMILITY TO REVIEW HIM IN 1 OF HIS VIDEOS, I FELT THE NEED TO DO IT BeCAUse IF NOT I FELT THE EXCHANGE WOULD BE TOO ONE-SIDED ( IT TRULY IS BeCAUse HE SHOULD NOT DO THIS FREE-OF-CHARGE, I wouldn’t ! ) GOD BLESS ERIC BERG.
P. S. Dr. Eric, pls don’t stop what ur doing. And pls keep it free and continue pouring real value onto the human race. Even if they don’t acknowledge you sir… Pls know that I Do!
I have been following Dr. Berg on YouTube for 2 months now. His videos are very informative and well researched. He has helped me sort out a variety of health issues and come to a much better understanding of how my body works. I am so very grateful I have found him as a resource.
This Doctor explained everything in detail. Everything about the ketogenic diet was on point, And now there is a next step i can further myself on this diet. I highly recommend his videos. God bless him and his family. We need more people like him.

Have only discovered his vids recently but (in my opinion) they provide sound, logical, and informative advice. There are loads of people touting Keto ideas, mostly unqualified and basing it on their own experience, but Dr Berg’s ideas are backed up with current studies and medical information. I’ve only started on my (vegan) Keto journey, but so far so good! Glad I can go straight to his channel and get the information I need. More sound than some of these other channels.
Dr Berg even admits that one should find the best person who resonates with you, and follow him/her because there’ll be different information out there, minuscule as it may be. Being vegan, the fact that he promotes eating as many (low carb) veggies as you want is more than any other channel I’ve found. Well done, Doc!
