You’re not going to find a more user-friendly source of facts about ketosis, weight loss, insulin and diabetes, intermittent fasting, and the endocrine system. Great videos really educated me on the principles of weight loss. On his older plan (7 Principles of Fat Burning), I lost about 30 change-of-life lbs and during that time I was never hungry, ate a lot, actually, and felt GREAT. I also used some of the supplements available from his weight management business in Virginia. The gall bladder supplement is fantastic for bloating and some digestive issues. Then he updated the weight loss plan to make it more effective to more people, and I took off the final 4 lbs that took me back to my fighting weight. Let me just say that the cartel of the sugar and corn lobby and the AMA are probably doing all they can to debunk his research and work. My blood tests now show that I am in excellent health.

I was suffering some health issues , and by pure chance he was on the YouTube , listening to him made me realize that I was suffering from insulin resistance , I had most of the symptoms if not all, and of course I was into high carb diet and I didn’t know why wasn’t I loosing weight till I was enlightened by him , I have a strong medical background as I am a dentist that is why I was so convinced .god bless him , I am at the beginning of this exciting journey.
