I started on the keto eating plan on July 10th. I was so hesitant because I was so tired of losing weight and gaining it back plus extra pounds. I was afraid that I would not be able to stick with it. So far I have used the 20/4, and I have the confidence that I will achieve my goal. Dr. Berg explains things in a way that I can understand. I know that I will be successful this time.
