Dr. Berg is the truth!!! I just started following him on YouTube and I think he’s saving my life… I was hospitalized about a month ago with a 950 blood sugar level… my blood sugar today was 106… I’m still on insulin but I’m taking a lot less than I was originally proscribed and I am confident as long as I keep following Dr. Berg ketogenic along with intermittent fasting program, I will be completely off my medication… THANK YOU DR.
