When the scales tipped at 252.00 I have virtually given up. I had tried every diet I’d lose a little and I’d gain it back and then some. The diets were not a way of life causing this yo-yo of weight loss and weight gain. My friend had started keto and was having some success so I googled it and thought this may be what I have been looking for. A way of life that I could do and not feel deprived so Nov, 23, 2018 I started. Much to my surprise it was easy for me and the lbs started to come off. I am still on my journey but as of today June 2,2019 I way 194.6 I still have a long ways to go but for the first time I see a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Dr Berg for all of your help. This journey would have been so much harder without all of your words of wisdom. I will submit another photo when I actually meet my goal weight of 145
