Well I actually lost 16 kilos myself just by jogging and eating healthier but then came across your videos on YouTube and list a further 4 kilos and still losing weight. I feel so healthy and am so much healthier. I had a fatty liver diagnoses and started jogging because of that. I’m 51 and started jogging November 2018 and Keto around June 2019. I look really good and feel even better. I eat avocados salmon eggs salads veggies no sugar rarely stevia no bread just trying to stick with the two meals a day 20:4.
