Hello Doc, I have been following your channel for the past two years. Thanks to your advice, I've lost 55 pounds and am in excellent shape. My question to you is that, I have been doing healthy keto and IF for the past two years but when I consume carbs and sugar (in a social setting), I feel like vomiting. Is that a norm, doctor? Thoughts?
