I am actually short and overweight and I am from India . Nobody cares about what we eat. We always eat rice 3 times a day but I had no snacking habit. One of my friend told me that I am overweight and his neighbour passed out due to a heart attack and he doesn't want that to happen to me. I am really shocked why he is mentioning that to me. I realized I needed to reduce my weight. I, fortunately, came across your channel on Youtube and the only difference between other channels and yours is the simplicity and you share the information based on books sometimes. I loved it. Instead of watching multiple channels and getting confused, I concentrated only on your advice. I have lost 4 kg in a month. I have planned to reduce 20kg more. By the way, I am eating OMAD and keto (not 100%). A little bit of walking in the evening. I can tremendously feel the different in energy and my life. My sex life is also improved.
