I finally have the lifestyle I always dreamed of having but didn't know how to get it.

Thanks for the great videos. Here is a list of improvements:

  • Lower blood pressure
  • Skin looks significantly better
  • No more use for the snooze button; awake and ready for action in the morning
  • Increased energy throughout the day
  • No more hunger pangs
  • 52 pounds lost so far
  • Increased muscle size
  • Cardiovascular activity vastly improved
  • Mental focus sharper
  • Procrastination way down
  • Ability to deal with stress is far more manageable
  • Bowel movements are more regular and normal
  • Saved money during grocery store trips
  • Metabolism rigged on high
  • I get to sleep within minutes and don't get up to go to the bathroom during the night any longer

I will send you a keto before and after in about a month or two. I have to lose another 5-10 pounds. The pictures look great now but will be more dramatic once I reach my goal of 6-8% body fat.
