5 years ago I was 270 pounds at my heaviest. Very unhappy, started having knee issues, didn't know a thing about nutrition, no confidence. Finally had the push I needed to get into my healthy lifestyle. Started going to the gym with my brother but was afraid of the weights so I started off with the cardio machines. Started learning about weight training and decided to just push through my insecurity. Didn't start off with keto but just healthy eating. Started losing fat, started gaining muscle, started getting SO happy with myself. Now I'm at my lowest of 189 pounds. I have confidence and I know my worth. No more knee pain. Stronger than ever before and going to keep doing keto until I hit my goal of 170 pounds!!!! PSA: Ladies.....don't be afraid of weight training. It makes you look like more of a woman I promise.
